Terms and Conditions

MEDICAL INSURANCE:
Full travel and medical insurance is a condition of booking. You will need to provide us with the details in case of an emergency.

Please consult a health practitioner that you trust to ensure your physical health and fitness is sufficient to undertake yoga and any other physical activities that you may request.

CANCELLATION BY YOU:
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and you may cancel your booking at any time.
Full cancellations are accepted up to April 15, 2010
Cancellations received after April 15th, but in advance of 35 days of the start date, will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 35 days of the start date will forfeit the entire deposit.
Once the retreat has begun, there are no refunds for unused portion of the retreat.

EXCLUSIONS:
Amendments by Sunrise Wellness Retreat

All the information on this site is correct as far as we know. However, circumstances may arise which prevent us from offering the full program. In the unlikely event that we have to vary the program we will do our best to find an equivalent replacement. We will advice you about the changes at the earliest possible date.
Cancellations by Sunrise Wellness Retreat

This retreat is contingent on a minimum enrolment. If this minimum number is not met by April 30th, 2010 we may cancel the retreat and refund all money.

We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel a retreat, in which case we will offer a full refund of all monies paid.

What is not included:
Flights to and from Slovenia
Foods and drink off-site
On-site meals other than brunch and dinner
Transfer to/from the retreat
Travel insurance
Souvenirs etc.
Therapy sessions
